Your mind blade destroys any cognitive resistance.

Prerequisites: Manifester, level 3, Two mind blade feats

Benefit: Any target you successfully damage with your mind blade suffers a -2 modifier on will saves and -4 on perception checks against you. This is a mind-affecting effect. It does not stack with itself.
