You master the fighting a pistol or hand crossbow.

Prerequisites: base dexterity 13+, Trickery(Sleight of Hand) score 15+, Quick Draw, Pistolero Style, Greater Combat Maneuver (any mental)

Benefit: You may draw your weapon as part of readying a ranged attack.

When drawing a weapon just before shooting, you treat opponents as flat-footed for one attack. You may apply any bonuses that you would receive against flat-footed targets, such as sneak attack. However, the target is not flat-footed and takes no penalty to AC.

The pistolero style may only be used with pistols and hand crossbows. As long as they only use one crossbow, their offhand is free and only used for reloading.

Special: You cannot activate styles out of combat. Activating a style is a swift action and you can have solely one active style at a time.
