Thunder Clap

You call the lightning for a powerful attack.

All creatures within 3m (except you) take lightning damage and are staggered; they also have a 50% chance to fail any spell or similar ability for one turn. The maneuver deals your normal melee weapon damage as lightning and requires no attack roll; positional bonuses (such as flanking) do not apply. A successful Will save halves the damage and negates the stagger and spell-failure effects.

This ability can only be used while wielding a one-handed hammer in one hand.
