Deeply attuned to the unseen currents of the world, you grasp the internal energy flows of a nearby target and violently short-circuit them.

Target one creature and drain its power. The targeted creature loses uses of abilities which have a level or twice as much power points. This includes psionic powers, maneuvers, spell slots, psi like abilities. You may choose a specific ability or one is chosen at random. The creature loses one use of an ability that is from a level equal to your caster level, up to the highest available level of the creature. If the creature lost anything, it takes 1d10 points of damage per ability level lost. A will save negates the effect of feedback.
