Normal: You reweave the tapestry of time itself to grant the target a precious few seconds of activity and translucent curls of energy trail behind the target for a few moments.

This grants the target an additional move action or swift action during their turn. When you reach CL 5 the target may immediately perform an unmodified attack. This bonus attack does not stack with one gained through haste.

Reverse: The reversed utterance pulls time-threads out of reality and translucent curls of energy briefly surround and slow the target.

The target is staggered for 1 round, when you reach CL 5 you may choose to paralyze your target for one turn.
