The Elemental Alchemist'S Crucible

Description:
In the heart of the Elemental Alchemist's workshop stands a complex alchemical device known as the Elemental Crucible. Your task is to activate this device and contain the elemental forces it unleashes.
Key Elements:
- The Crucible: A massive, intricate contraption dominates the center of the room. Four elemental valves—each corresponding to fire, water, earth, and air—must be opened to activate it.

Activation Phase:
- You have (5 - number of characters) rounds to open all four valves.
- Each valve requires a specific check to open (DC 25):
- Fire Valve: Intimidate (Charisma only)
- Water Valve: Swim
- Earth Valve: Endurance
- Air Valve: Fly
- You can substitute any check with a Craft (Alchemy), Knowledge (Elementals) or Disable Device check. However, each skill can only be used once.
- On success, you summon a Small Elemental of that type and the valve opens. If you
fail by less than 15, the valve still opens but you cranked it up too much and a
larger elemental is summoned. The size depends on the margin of failure:
- Failed by 1-4: Medium Elemental
- Failed by 5-9: Large Elemental
- Failed by 10-14: Huge Elemental

Containment Phase:
- Once all valves are open, the Crucible activates.
- You now have twice as many rounds as the activation phase to defeat all summoned elementals.
- If any elementals remain when this time expires or you did not open the valves in time, the Crucible overloads and explodes, killing all characters and failing the challenge.
- Completion: Successfully open all valves and defeat any summoned elementals within the time limit to master the Elemental Crucible.
Rewards:
- 1 feat
- Potion of elemental resistance (10 to fire, cold, acid, and electricity) per player
- A set of masterwork alchemist's tools (+1 to related skill checks)
