You are trapped under ice

Requirements: Level 1

Description: You are trapped in a cold sea under ice. You have no equipment and a minute without an opportunity to breath has already passed, and you start with 10 points of cold damage. Each round you suffer one point of cold damage also you need to make a swim check DC 10 to stay close to the surface. With an endurance check DC 20 you can freeze yourself to the ice which prevents you from having to perform additional swim checks. The ice has 5DR and 10HP. Can you escape?
