Prerequisites: Tongue of Fire utterance, improved goad or demoralize combat maneuver

Benefit: When you use the Goad or Demoralize combat maneuver while you have your Tongue of Fire utterance active, you deal the Tongue of Fire damage to the target(s) of your maneuver. Furthermore, with your Tongue of Fire utterance active, when you use an utterance that targets a single creature and allows a saving throw, you deal the tongue of fire damage with half the normal speaker level to the target. The saving throw of the original effect is shared and halves the damage.
