Slash and burn!

Prerequisites: Character Level 2

Benefit: A chopping ability delivers a touch ability with a successful melee attack. A spell / ability / power must have a melee touch or a ranged touch effect and must have an action of a single standard action or a single full-round action. Instead of a melee touch attack make a normal melee attack if it hits it deals normal damage and the ability takes effect without an additional attack roll. If you miss the ability is lost. If the spell has multiple charges or multiple projectiles, it works like holding the charge. Multiple projectiles count as having multiple charges, but still if you miss some charges they are lost.

Special: If you have the combat cast class feature you may transform one attack per forgone attack.
