Confusing Spell [Metamagic]
What just happened?
Prerequisites: None
Benefit: When you cast this spell on an opponent and it fails its save wait until the spells effect wears off. After the effect has worn off the opponent is confused for one turn without save. This metamagic can only be applied to spells with the mind effecting descriptor which has a duration greater than instantaneous and allows a save.
A confusion spell uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell’s actual level or two levels for multitarget spells. The spell slot required is increased by one if the duration is only a single turn.
