If you do this treat the incantation as if its spell level was increased by the level of the spell times the level adjustment of all the Metamagics you added to it. For example if you cast a spell of the second level and you add the Confusing Spell and Hidden Touch metamagic treat the new spell level as 2 + (1+1)*2 = 6
