Prerequisites: Goblin, Orc or Fire Jotun

Benefit: You may cast your area fire spells with +1.5m more radius, range or whatever. Spells which only cover single targets such as scorching ray may be cast as 1.5m radius area spells which allow a reflex save to half. E.g. scorching ray may be cast using a touch attack DC 5 to hit the right square allowing creatures covered by the 1.5m area to make a reflex save to avoid the damage.
