Benefit: When the witchdoctor wields the shrunken head, he receives favored enemy with a +2 bonus against creatures of that race. Furthermore, anyone carrying openly a shrunken head receives a +1 moral on attack, damage and saving throws and +4 intimidate checks versus creatures of the race of the shrunken head.
