You are partly troll so you don't lose yourself when turning into it.

Benefit: You heal hitpoints when resting an hour as if you rested a whole day. In addition if you use the giant shape ability to shift your shape into a troll you receive an additional +2 on your highest non shaped physical ability score. If you have fast-healing, it improves by 2.

Once per day, as a swift action, you can claim the the hour is over and immediately heal as if an hour had passed in heavy activity or 2 points whichever is more.
