The target of the spell has to eat the tounge of the troll while the other participants of the ritual make their Knowledge (arcana) checks. While the ritual is going on the target has to make concentration checks to focus on how his body was before being injured. If the ritual is a success the target is affected by the regenerate spell.

Material Component: Reissige Trollzunge.

Failure: Failing 2 skillchecks in a row ends the ritual. The Materials are used and have to be gathered anew. If one of the failed checks was a concentration check the target failed to focus on the state of his body and gets a trolllike appearance (his nose grows longer his skin turns green etc.) leaving it with a permanent -2 to charisma. This can only be healed by another regenerate ritual where the target makes all his concentration checks.
