Under the effect of battle lust you must always attack the closest creature perceivable in melee to you and perform each attack of opportunity. You cannot distinguish between friend and foe when choosing whom to attack. At the end of your turn you may always try to remove the effects of inspire battle lust by attempting a saving throw.

Inspire Battle Lust provide also beneficial effects. You may perform one additional move action each turn, that can only be used to move towards the next creature and you may perform one additional attack at full base attack bonus when using the full-attack action. The additional attack ability cannot be combined with similar abilities, such as haste.
