It provides +6 enhancement bonus to charisma and and also a pair of pure white angelic wings granting a fly speed of 27m and good maneuverability. If you are a paladin, it provides one additional aura. However, while wearing the shield you cannot grant any aura bonuses to allies with a charisma score higher than yours. If such people are around, the wearer becomes quite jealous of them.
