Part of the Mountain Kings set. This is a +4 Warhammer. When using the Whirling Blade spell with it, the spell is always affected by the sculpt spell Metamagic feat (although this would not normally possible) without increasing the spells casting time.

This hammer grants a +5 enchantment bonus to any craft connected with smithery weapons or armor and any magic item created with Foeforger gains the honorable special ability.

Also if you wear this and the other three parts of the Mountain Kings set you may cast Whirling Blade 3 times a day.
