Enemies affected by this Aura have their movement speed halved. Also they may not perform an 1.5m step. If they leave the radius of the aura the effect lingers until the start of their next turn. Within range of the degen aura, no opponent may use abilities that provide additional attacks at full-attack bonus, such as haste.
