You may immediately remove all of the following effects from yourself or a targeted ally: Blinded, Confused, Dazed, Deafened, Exhausted or Fatigued, Nauseated or Sickened, Paralyzed or Stunned. For each removed condition you take 5 points of damage. You may use this maneuver even while being disabled of doing actions in any way, but then the damage taken doubles.
