While in this stance, whenever you take damage you gain golden tear stacks up to your initiator level. In addition, if you use a strike maneuver to heal an ally you increase the healed amount by 1d6 points per stack. Additionally, if you have 6 stacks, you may expend them to additionally maximize the healing effect.
