Icy Grip

You hack into your enemy, sucking the heat from the air around it and letting ice leap up around its feet.

When and opponent tries to leave a square within your thread range you may use this maneuver. Your enemy must make a Fortitude Save or becomes staggered and unable to move for the rest of his round and 6d6 points of cold damage. This works only against enemies standing on the ground.
