While in this stance you take up to 4 + level damage every round and deal the same amount of fire damage to all enemies in range and heal the same amount to all allies. While using phoenix warmth you cant be healed by the school Phoenix Tear. In addition even when choosing to take zero damage everyone within range feels comfortably warm at any temperature which does not inflict damage every round.

The moderate archetype power from the mystical monk applies on the damage you take and on the hitpoints healed.
