You call the lightning for a powerful attack.

Make a normal melee attack. When you hit you deal pure lightning damage and the enemy has to pass a will save or is staggered and has a 50% chance to fail any spells or similar abilities for one turn.

This ability may only be used with one handed hammers wield in one hand.
