Ectoplasma Shard Storm produces a constant stream of razor sharp ectoplasmic shards.

This power creates a Violent Storm around your ectoplasmic suit, and can only be used with an active suit. Everytime you use a standard action to activate a psionic power your suit blasts razor sharp ectoplasma shards to everyone within 4.5m of it dealing 3d6 points of piercing damage. Fuel for fire can be used to improve this spell therefore treat each blast as a single melee attack.
