Regain spell slots

At the beginning of each turn you regain a spell slot depending on how much damage from arcane spells and arcane spelllike abilities you suffered. Divine spells psionics or other non arcane abilities are not counted. The maximum degree is one if you took at least 10 points of damage, two if you took at least 20 points of damage and three if you took at least 30 points of damage.
