Features
Weapon familarity: Elves treat any weapon with "Elf" in the name as martial weapons, rather than exotic weapons. elves treat long sword and short and longbow as simple weapons.
Furthermore, all elven familiarity melee weapons are finesse weapons for Elves.
Low-light vision: A creature with low-light vision can see twice as far as a human in starlight, moonlight, torchlight, and similar conditions of shadowy illumination. It retains the ability to distinguish color and detail under these conditions. A spellcaster with low-light vision can read a scroll as long as even the tiniest candle flame is next to her as a source of light.
Trance: Elves possess immunity to magic sleep effects, and a +2 racial saving throw bonus on all Will saves that increases to +4 against enchantment spells or effects.
High Magic Background: Spells from elven have a one point higher DC.
Elven Agility: Elves may use their Dexterity modifier instead of their Strength modifier when using Athletics.
Racial Powers
Lesser Racial Power: Elves receive a +2 dodge bonus to armor class versus melee attacks.
Moderate Racial Power: Elves may ignore the miss chance from partial concealment, and may roll twice and take the better of the two results against the miss chance from total concealment.

Eladrin
Attributes: +2 Dexterity, -2 Constitution, +2 Charsima
Fey Courts: You may learn 3 cantrips from the wizard spell list. The allowed school is depending on their fey court. Choose one: Spring - Conjuration, Sun - Evocation, Autumn - Enchantment, Winter - Necromancy. You can use the cantrip once per day per level. Otherwise you cast these spells as a sorcerer.
Lesser Racial Power: Instead of the normal lesser racial power, the Eladrin receive a +1 caster level bonus to all spells of their fey courts school of magic, regardless of class.
Greater Racial Power: You receive a first level spell slot + half your charisma modifier bonus spell slots. You have 2 spells known from the wizard spell list both from schools according to your fey court.
Feats: Wild Empathy
High Elf
Attributes: +2 Dexterity, -2 Constitution, +2 Intelligence
Corellons Grace: Per two points of wisdom modifier, the High Elf may heighten the maximum dexterity modifier of armors by 1.

Moon Elf
Attributes: +2 Dexterity, -2 Constitution, +1 Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma
Shooting Star: Moon Elves, also called silver elves, receive a +2 on all d20 rolls when they are in moonlight.
Greater Racial Power: When you activate your capstone ability moon light shines upon you for one turn per 3 levels.

Shadar-Kai
Attributes: +2 Dexterity, +1 Constitution, +1 Charisma
Blessing of the Ravenqueen: Shadar-Kai receive darkvision and also see through magical darkness and receive no miss chance due to it.
Darkvision: You possess darkvision 18m.
Lesser Racial Power: Instead of the normal lesser racial power, the Shadar-Kai are not harmed by negative energy but healed by half the amount an undead would be healed.
Greater Racial Power: Once per day, as a 1.5m step you may teleport up to 18m. Otherwise this ability works as the dimension door spell.

Snow Elf
Attributes: +2 Dexterity, +2 Wisdom, -2 Charisma
Thundra Aptitude: Snow Elves, also called Pallid Elves receive 1 point per cold resistance per point of constitution modifier and do not slip on ice.
Snow Sight: Snow Elves vision is not hindered by heavy weather conditions such as falling snow, rain or mist.
Lesser Racial Power: Instead of the normal lesser racial power, all the snow elves cold damage dices are increased by one step.
Greater Racial Power: The snow elves cold resistance increases by 5.
Feats: Layer Of Ice
Sun Elf
Attributes: +2 Dexterity, -2 Constitution, +2 Intelligence
Arcane Education: Sun Elves possess a +2 racial bonus to attempts to overcome spell resistance and they pierce 5 points of energy resistance with any ability. In addition all of their spells that depend of the opponents level, the level of the enemies count as one lower.
Greater Racial Power: For your capstone ability the arcane education bonuses are five times as strong.
Feats: Elitist Education System, Golden Hue
Sylvan Elf
Attributes: +2 Strength, +2 Dexterity, -2 Intelligence
Back to the Roots: Green, also known as wood, wild or sylvan elves, receive +2 on attack and damage rolls in natural environments. Furthermore, all primitive weapons count as elven familiarity weapons, but not vice versa.
Woodland Stride: A Woodland Strider may move through any sort of undergrowth (such as natural thorns, briars, overgrown areas, and similar terrain) at their normal speed and without taking damage or suffering any other impairment.
Greater Racial Power: Wild elves receive a stacking +2 bonus versus compulsion effects and +2 on (caster) level checks to dispel negative effects.
