Fearless: +2 bonus on saving throws against fear: This bonus stacks with the halfling's +1 bonus on saving throws in general.

Skiprock Champion: +1 racial bonus on attack rolls and damage with thrown weapons and slings.

Lesser Racial Power: Halflings may move their full speed or over noisy surfaces without taking a penalty to their Move Silently check.

Moderate Racial Power: Halflings receive an additional +1 size bonus to attack rolls and armor class.
