The targets skin from their face falls off (including the intact beard), dealing 1d6 points of unholy damage per level (maximum 10d6). A creature defaced in this way receives the 'Face Off' deaths toll. A creature succeeding on their saving throw gets to save their face, preventing the deaths toll.
