You create an area of dreams based on your personal desires around you. The area does not move with you. The Dreamscape provides total concealment from the outside and vice versa. Sound going over the border is muffled as the spell muffle sound. The Dreamscape allows you to distort the reality:

Distorted Reality: The Dreamkiller may choose to alter the domain. This may be used to provide advantages as favorite terrain or turn day into night. This cannot be used to create environments that have impact directly.
