The spell summons a black cloud around a targeted area. Every turn after the first new elemental creatures hail down. At the start of each turn the elementalist chooses one element. Each turn four elementals of the chosen type hail down to a place inside the spells area of effect designated by the caster at the start of the turn and arrive with a corresponding effect on impact described below. The elementals are of medium size and the impact of each arriving elemental affects a 3mx3m block. One creature can only be affected once per turn:

Fire: The impact deals 1d6 of fire damage per caster level. And start burning for for 2d6 points of damage if they fail their reflex save.

Earth: The impact deals 1d8 of bludgeoning damage per caster level.

Water: Hit creatures must succeed a reflex save or are entangled for a single turn, furthermore they are dealt 1d4 points of cold damage per caster levels.

Air: Hit creatures must succeed a reflex save or fall prone. The impact deals 1d12 of lightning damage per every second caster level.

For Example: In the first round of fighting Karl the Elementalist casts Elemental storm on a 9m burst area. In the second turn he choose fire and 4 targeted 3mx3m areas inside the original 9m burst. A medium fire elemental hails down into each of those targeted areas affecting each creature inside them with the 'Fire' effect. In the following turns Karl may choose other elements and target different areas inside the original 9m burst.
