A gentlemen's agreement, or gentleman's agreement, is an informal and legally non-binding agreement between two or more parties.

Choose one creature, if it fails a will saving throw, it has to follow the Gentemans agreement, which means they do their best to not deal damage to each other until all other combatants are dealt with first, e.g., unconscious or dead. If the caster breaks the agreement the spell ends.
