Summon an iron blizzard

You summon a blizzard of magical shrapnel. The blizzard lasts as long as you focus on it. At the beginning of each turn, you may move it up to 9m meters. After moving it, make a single ranged attack roll. Each creature in the blizzards whose armor class is less or equal to your attack roll is hit by half your caster level sharpnels. Each shrapnel counts as a magical +1 slashing weapon, with 2d6 base damage and 19-20/x2 crit. Damage reduction is applied to each shrapnel separately. Bonus damage for example from sneak attacks, critical hits or other sources is applied to the first shrapnel only.
