You apply fine beard oil to the targets beard. The target receives a +2 bonus to all charisma based checks, which improves to a +4 bonus against other bearded creatures. Additionally if the creature is slain, the chance for its beard to be reissig increases by 5%.

Special: Can be ignited by fire or unholy damage to deal 1d6 points of damage per two levels every turn until the end of the duration of the spell. After igniting the spell ends after 1 turn per level.
