Dance for Rain.

Rain is a weak spell that creates a flow of water over multiple turns. Fires and creatures of pure fire take 1d8 points of damage per two levels without save.

Versus burning objects and burning creatures roll a caster level check versus 10 + their level. If you succeed the flame distinguishes. Permanent flames come back after the spell ends. When the rain spell successfully stopped something from burning transform the rain into a steam cloud as the spell and remove the rain.

When a lightning effect is cast into the area of rain, the area becomes static for one turn. Everyone coming within a static area must succeed a fortitude save or is stunned for one turn.

When a cold effect is cast into the area of rain, the rain transforms into the Ice Slick spell.

Wind spells as gust of wind dispel this spell.
