The caster creates a replica of himself. The replica has stats, hitpoints, armor class, saves and special abilities as the caster. However, the replica is only quasi real, thus all his actions have a 30% chance to have no effect instead. Items and limited use abilities are always used from the casters total, the image cannot use already used abilities.
