You create multiple tiny, twinkling star. These minute starbursts orbit your head like ion stones and if they are used they will reform on their own. Whenever you make a ranged attack roll or cast a single target spells, you may choose to shoot a star. The stars are a separated effect that deals 1d8 points of force damage per three levels. Creatures of the evil subtype cannot apply spell resistance versus the stars.
