The reapers curse.

The target must succeed a will save or is cursed to death. If the will save fails, its mortality threshold is set to 50% of their hitpoints. This counts as moderate effect. This is not cumulative with other mortality threshold effects.

Only a break curse or break enchantment spell can remove this spell.
