You touch your enemy he first becomes cold as ice and than starts burning with a flash.
You must succeed a melee touch attack. When your melee touch succeeds you deal 1d6 per two levels cold damage to your enemy and it freezes in place (as paralyzed) if it does not succeed a fortitude save. (Cold immunity makes you immune to this effect). Every turn it may do another fortitude save to remove the freeze effect. When the freeze effect ends the creature starts burning until the end of the duration.
A burning creature takes 1d6 points of damage per two levels until the flames are extinguished, (another reflex save attempt as a standard action).
