Normal: Gravity no longer applies to the target, as it gains the ability to fly, leaving a trail of crackling red bolts in its wake.

As the fly spell

Reverse: At your command, the target loses its ability to soar through the air and begins to descend rapidly.

The target is rendered unable to fly. If it is already flying, the target floats downward 60 ft. per round. It lands safely on the ground.
